Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing technical expertise on products and services.
Technical Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to explain product features and benefits to customers.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and provide necessary support throughout the sales process.
Problem Solving: Assist clients in resolving issues with product usage and recommend improvements or upgrades.
Market Analysis: Analyze customer feedback and market trends to propose new product ideas and enhancements.
Training: Provide training and technical information to customers and sales staff to ensure a thorough understanding of products.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: A bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering,
Experience: Previous experience in sales engineering, technical support, or a related field is preferred.
Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences are essential.
