Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Engage with potential customers through marketing leads and direct inquiries.
Conduct in-home product demonstrations and explain the benefits in simple,
clear language.
Prepare personalised proposals and manage the full sales cycle, including
contract negotiations.
Maintain long-term customer relationships and coordinate with installation
teams.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
Report market insights and customer feedback to internal teams.
Represent Syncrow at local events and exhibitions to promote smart home
solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
3+ years of sales experience, ELV-related projects, preferably in smart home, IOT
or technology sectors.
Strong communication skills to explain technical products to non-technical
audiences.
Valid Saudi driving license.
Excellent customer service and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong technical understanding of IoT and smart home systems.
Experience using CRM tools for sales pipeline management.
Fluent in Arabic & English
