Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers through marketing leads and direct inquiries.

  • Conduct in-home product demonstrations and explain the benefits in simple,

clear language.

  • Prepare personalised proposals and manage the full sales cycle, including

contract negotiations.

  • Maintain long-term customer relationships and coordinate with installation

teams.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.

  • Report market insights and customer feedback to internal teams.

  • Represent Syncrow at local events and exhibitions to promote smart home

solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

  • 3+ years of sales experience, ELV-related projects, preferably in smart home, IOT

or technology sectors.

  • Strong communication skills to explain technical products to non-technical

audiences.

  • Valid Saudi driving license.

  • Excellent customer service and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong technical understanding of IoT and smart home systems.

  • Experience using CRM tools for sales pipeline management.

  • Fluent in Arabic & English

  • Saudi National
