Sales Engineer – Marble Al Hadeer Marble and Stone Cutting Factory L.L.C

1. Business Development

• Identify and develop new clients (contractors, consultants, developers).

• Visit project sites and conduct client meetings.

• Generate new sales leads in construction and fit-out sectors.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

2. Technical Sales Support

• Recommend suitable marble and stone materials based on project specifications.

• Review drawings and BOQs.

• Provide technical advice on stone selection, finishing, cutting, and installation.

• Coordinate with production team regarding feasibility and cutting details.

3. Quotation & Negotiation

• Prepare project cost estimates and quotations.

• Negotiate prices and contract terms.

• Follow up on submitted offers.

• Close sales and secure LPOs/contracts.

4. Project Coordination

• Coordinate with factory for production scheduling.

• Monitor project progress and delivery timelines.

• Ensure site measurements are accurate.

• Handle variation orders and project changes.

5. Client Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with key clients.

• Resolve technical and commercial issues.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
