Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial , infrastructure , oil and gas and HVAC sectors.
· Promote and sell centrifugal pumps, valves, mechanical seals, bearings, rotating equipments and full skid packages.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
· Understand customer needs and offer appropriate technical solutions.
· Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and technical presentations.
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
· Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
· Maintain market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and project activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
· Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (mandatory).
· 3–7 years of proven sales experience in the UAE within the mechanical/industrial sector.
· Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
. Knowledge about Centrifugal pumps, Valves, Oil and Gas Skid and fabrication design will be an added advantage.
· Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal.
· Knowing Hindi will be an added advantage.
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to charm customers and close deals.
· Self-driven, result-oriented, and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
· Strong time management and organizational skills.
· Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
