What awaits you:

You will advise customers / operators in regard to all technical inquiries relating to the MR product range and services with specialized support from an OPP, OPS (Order Processor Product, Order Processor Service or specialized department where necessary) Creating, validating (technically and commercially) as well as sending offers and order for products, assembly groups, parts and services for the assigned customers are within your responsibility You process customer orders and service jobs for internal processing and scheduling Additionally, you are responsible with the processing of complaints and malfunctions, including inspection, taking measures, following up and correspondence
