Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Proactively find opportunities and leads for business growth by creating and maintaining a customer database.
- Achieve personal sales targets by converting leads into business opportunities.
- Communicate effectively and work closely with all concerned operations departments.
- Regularly run reports, manage and update the database within Salesforce, and keep financial records in accordance with the company policy.
- Work collaboratively with the Group Director of Sales.
- Continually assess marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales.
- Stay up-to-date on current market trends.
- Lead the promotion of venue packages, memberships, and special experiences to maximize revenue.
- Recruit, train, and lead the sales team, fostering a high-performance, guest-focused culture.
- Use guest feedback and market insights to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Align sales initiatives with seasonal trends, local market dynamics, and promotional calendars to maximize business opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Sales or Business Administration.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
- Excellent computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems).
- Confident and dynamic personality
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong team spirit and collaboration skills.
- The ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate and negotiate with external vendors and service providers.
- Strong relationships with Dubai-based tourism companies
- Familiarity with gaming culture and social entertainment trends is a plus.
