Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled client meetings (Zoom or in-person) to present services and solutions.
- Understand client needs, provide clear explanations, and recommend suitable services.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and handle client objections professionally.
- Negotiate terms and pricing within company guidelines.
- Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up communication.
- Ensure all client details, progress notes, and contracts are updated in the CRM.
- Follow up on pending clients to push deals toward closure.
- Collaborate with telesales to ensure high-quality lead flow and feedback.
- Represent the company professionally at all client interactions and meetings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar closing role.
- Strong closing skills and confidence in handling negotiations.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.
- Fluent in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Valid UAE driver’s license (if field meetings are required).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and structured follow-up.
