Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Executive to join our Tiles & Sanitary division in Oman. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep knowledge of building materials and the GCC market to drive revenue, manage key accounts, and expand our footprint in the Oman construction and interior design sector.
Core Requirements (Mandatory)
Language: Native or professional fluency in Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory for client negotiations and government-related coordination.
Experience: Minimum of 2–6 years of proven sales experience within the GCC market.
Industry Knowledge: Solid background in Tiles, Sanitary ware, or General Building Materials is essential. Candidates must understand product specifications, grading, and installation basics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, site visits, and networking with contractors, consultants, and interior designers.
Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets as set by the management.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
2. Account & Project Management
Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to final payment collection.
Maintain a robust pipeline of active projects (residential, commercial, and hospitality) across Oman.
Provide accurate quotations, negotiate pricing within approved margins, and finalize contracts.
3. Market Intelligence
Stay updated on local market trends, competitor pricing, and new product launches in the tiles and sanitary industry.
Provide regular feedback to the procurement team regarding high-demand designs or emerging client needs.
4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers (Architects, Project Managers, and Developers).
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent after-sales service and grievance handling.
Desired Candidate Profile
Technical & Behavioral Skills
Negotiation: Strong ability to close deals and handle objections effectively.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to bridge communication between technical site teams and corporate offices.
Reporting: Proficient in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) and CRM software to maintain sales logs and project trackers.
Mobility: Must possess a valid Oman/GCC driving license and be willing to travel across various project sites.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Civil Engineering or Architecture background is a plus).
