Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience with catalog systems, purchasing & stock management.

  • Promote and sell auto spare parts to retail and corporate customers.

  • Provide accurate information on parts availability, specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines.

  • Assist customers/garages in identifying & ordering parts

  • Coordinate with suppliers and maintain the inventory

  • Handle walk-in customers and respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or other channels.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrates 3-5 years of proven sales experience within the auto spare parts industry.

  • Strong knowledge of American car parts

  • Able to take part details American and Japanese Vehicle

  • Exhibits a strong understanding of automotive systems and spare parts, including various brands and models.

  • Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)

  • Target-driven with strong negotiation skills
