Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT and staffing sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate closely with stakeholder and clients.
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and provide regular reports to management.
Conduct market research to identify new trends and competitive activities.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum 2–8 years of experience in sales IT sales / staffing industry.
Excellent communication, negotiating skills, and presentation skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
