Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Purpose:

To develop and maintain strong business relationships with travel partners, and agents, focusing on generating new business opportunities, maximizing sales revenue, and promoting the company’s travel products and services across the B2B segment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development

  • Identify, approach, and secure new B2B clients including travel agents, corporates, and tour operators.
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Conduct regular market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and payment terms with clients and suppliers.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new B2B partners.
  • Handle client inquiries, quotations, and bookings promptly and professionally.
  • Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with key accounts.

3. Sales & Marketing Support

  • Promote travel products such as airline tickets, hotel packages, holiday tours, MICE, and visa services.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and digital outreach.
  • Represent the company at travel fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.

4. Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain and update CRM records, client databases, and sales reports.
  • Collaborate with operations, ticketing, and finance departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

Travel/Airline industry experience mandatory

Good Communication skill

Attention to detail

UAE driving license mandatory
