Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our brokerage team, specializing in the secondary real estate market. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and passionate about building client relationships while closing deals in Dubai’s competitive property sector.

� Key Responsibilities

  • Source and manage clients interested in buying, selling, or leasing properties in the secondary market.
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiations with prospective buyers and sellers.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate trends and regulations.
  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships through excellent service.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in the UAE secondary market.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
