Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the construction sector
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and commercial offers
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close sales deals
Coordinate with project, estimation, and technical teams for project execution
Monitor sales pipeline, targets, and project progress
Ensure timely payment collections and customer satisfaction
Maintain CRM/client database and support marketing/social media activities
Attend project meetings and provide regular sales reports and forecasts
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Experience in sales/business development within the construction industry
Strong client relationship and negotiation skills
Knowledge of project coordination and contract management
Good communication, reporting, and presentation skills
UAE market experience preferred
