Job Description

The Sales Executive Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team to ensure efficient operations and provides administrative assistance to drive sales goals. As the key liaison between sales teams, clients, and management, the coordinator helps streamline communication, prepare reports, and handle client queries, ensuring smooth transaction processes. With a deep understanding of sales strategies and customer service principles, this position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is proficient in using sales software and capable of handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality. Contributing to the growth of the company by effectively coordinating sales activities is a primary objective.


Responsibilities
  • Coordinate sales team schedules to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of sales presentations and proposals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing quality information and solutions.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics regularly.
  • Organize and manage sales meetings, workshops, and events as required.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks to enhance overall workflows.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive sales campaigns and strategies.
  • Monitor sales contracts to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Identify process improvements to streamline service delivery and customer engagement.
  • Assist in managing customer accounts, including updating contact and order information.
  • Perform analysis of sales data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in sales coordination or related role.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team-oriented collaborative environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
