Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations, proposals, and client communications.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer and prospect information.
- Help organize promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales performance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure marketing and sales strategies align with business objectives.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide administrative support as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales or marketing support role preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems and marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Training will be provided by the company.
