Sales Executive Corporate Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts

We re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive Corporate to support our corporate sales efforts. As part of the IHG family, you ll assist in identifying and developing corporate accounts, promoting the hotel s services, and contributing to revenue growth. You ll work closely with the sales team to deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and targeting potential corporate clients.

Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts.

Maintain and update corporate client databases and records.

Respond promptly to client inquiries and follow up on leads.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Attend corporate events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities related to corporate sales.

Contribute to achieving sales targets and revenue goals.

Ensure compliance with IHG brand standards and company policies.

Key Skills & Experience

Previous experience in corporate sales or hospitality sales preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer service oriented with ability to build relationships.

Organized and detail-oriented with good time management.

Proficiency in sales software and CRM systems.

Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
