Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the UAE market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with customers.
  • Monthly and Annual Sales & Collections Targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and reports.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events within the UAE.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in the Lubricants / Automotive Industry within the UAE Market.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of the local market, industry trends, and customer behavior.
  • Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the country.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
