Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify, target, and acquire new corporate and fleet clients to drive business growth
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Promote and sell customized automotive maintenance and repair solutions
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements based on client needs
Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales and profit targets
Coordinate with the garage/operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
Follow up on client accounts, renewals, and ensure high customer satisfaction
Update and manage client data, leads, and sales activities in CRM systems
Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in B2B sales (automotive, fleet, or service industry preferred)
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and garage operations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build relationships and manage multiple clients
Target-driven and results-oriented mindset
Familiar with CRM systems and basic computer applications
Valid UAE driving license is required
