Sales Executive – Furniture Industry
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 2,500 per month
Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing furniture business. The ideal candidate should have experience in furniture, retail, or interior sales and be capable of handling walk-in customers, online inquiries, and B2B clients professionally.

The role requires strong communication skills, customer handling abilities, and a passion for sales and interior solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist walk-in customers, online inquiries, and B2B clients professionally.

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture and customized solutions.

  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

  • Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales effectively.

  • Coordinate with design, production, and delivery teams for smooth order processing.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Update customers regarding order status and delivery timelines.

  • Maintain showroom presentation and product displays.

  • Stay updated on products, pricing, promotions, and campaigns.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and daily reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in furniture sales, retail sales, or interior-related industries.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Target-driven and customer-focused mindset.

  • Basic knowledge of furniture materials, finishes, and customization.

  • Familiarity with MS Office, CRM systems, and WhatsApp communication.

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in custom-made furniture or interior solutions.

  • Knowledge of UAE furniture market and customer preferences.

  • Ability to handle B2B and project-based sales.

  • English is mandatory; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage.
