Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the heavy vehicle machinery sector, focusing on key accounts and emerging markets.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions to increase sales volume.

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential customer needs, informing sales strategies.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, showcasing the value and benefits of heavy machinery vehicle

  • Managing documentation and records

  • Knowledge of UAE laws

  • Interaction with RTA and appropriate government authorities

  • Sales Target Achievement

  • Coordination with Operations & Logistics Teams

  • Documentation & Compliance

  • Networking & Branding

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

  • Business Development & Sales skills

  • Holds relevant certifications in sales, heavy machinery operation, or related areas.

  • Demonstrates at least 1-5 years of proven sales experience within the heavy vehicle machinery industry.

  • Exhibits a strong understanding of the construction, mining, or related sectors.

  • Fluency in English language (mandatory), Russian language as plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
