Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Sales & Account Management

  • Prospect and onboard new HoReCa and retail clients.
  • Manage a portfolio of active accounts and grow volume per outlet.
  • Execute regular outlet visits (call cycle) and ensure proper coverage.
  • Negotiate listings, prices, promotions, and visibility.

Business Development

  • Identify new opportunities (chains, groups, caterers, cloud kitchens).
  • Propose bundles, and promotions
  • Build strong relationships with owners, procurement managers, chefs, and baristas.

Execution & Merchandising

  • Ensure correct product placement, stock availability, and POS visibility.
  • Coordinate with delivery and warehouse for smooth order fulfillment.
  • Monitor competitor activity and pricing in the market.

Reporting & KPI Tracking

  • Achieve monthly sales targets (volume, value, distribution).
  • Report daily visits, orders, pipeline, and collection status.
  • Provide market feedback on pricing, trends, and customer needs.

Key KPIs

  • Monthly sales volume & revenue
  • Number of active outlets
  • New account openings
  • Strike rate (visits vs. orders)
  • Collection / DSO
  • Distribution of priority SKUs

Desired Candidate Profile

5 to 7 years experience in HoReCa or FMCG sales.

Strong network in restaurants, caf s, hotels (especially Beirut / key cities).

Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Self-driven, field-oriented, target-focused.

Fluent in Arabic & English (French a plus).

Valid driving license.

Entrepreneurial mindset

Comfortable with startup pace and ambiguity

Hunter mentality

Professional, presentable, and brand ambassador material
