Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Sales Executive with proven experience in the interior fit-out industry in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong network and the ability to generate high-quality leads, convert opportunities, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads through personal network and market outreach

  • Identify and secure interior fit-out projects (residential, commercial, retail, luxury)

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits

  • Coordinate with design and execution teams for proposals and project requirements

  • Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and close deals

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Minimum 4 years of experience in interior fit-out sales in Dubai (mandatory)

  • Strong existing network of clients, consultants, contractors, and developers

  • Proven track record in lead generation and project closures

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
