Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Explore and develop new business opportunities across diverse industries
- Actively generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and strategic outreach
- Understand client requirements and provide guidance on suitable IT solutions
- Deliver compelling presentations of our IT offerings to prospective clients
- Draft proposals, manage contract discussions, and secure business agreements
- Meet and exceed sales objectives while identifying new market opportunities
- Track and report on sales activities, client engagement, and market trends
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- 3 5 years of experience in sales/business development, ideally within IT/technology in Qatar
- Strong B2B marketing and lead generation skills
- Foundational knowledge of IT services, solutions, and industry trends
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple opportunities effectively
- Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, or related discipline preferred
- Arabic proficiency is an advantage
