Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Achieve sales targets for spare parts and batteries.

• Identify and onboard new dealers.

• Execute sales strategies to expand market share.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.

• Serve as the main point of contact to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Financial & Operations

• Ensure timely payment collection and manage receivables.

• Coordinate invoicing, warranty claims, and sales returns.

• Maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems.

Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor activity and market trends.

Requirements

• Valid Dubai driving license and own car (mandatory).
