Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the designated geographical area.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of client businesses and industry sectors.
  • Support the Sales Manager / Business Unit Head as required.
  • Ensure efficient sales administration, planning, and reporting systems.
  • Convert sales leads into confirmed business opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit professional proposals that address all client requirements.
  • Submit weekly work-in-progress reports and maintain accurate real-time data reporting.
  • Track progress against sales targets and take corrective action when required.
  • Manage, support, and grow large corporate accounts.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with the Business Conduct Policy at all times.
  • Actively participate in internal meetings, seminars, and working groups.
  • Perform duties in line with overall business requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

Bachelor s Degree or an equivalent professional qualification.

Industry Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience, in the travel industry, with at least 2 years working with a global TMC (must). Proven experience as a Sales Executive with the ability to analyze industry trends and identify opportunities to improve company products and services. Experience in implementing and executing sales action plans, maximizing business opportunities, and strategically targeting Large Companies, MNCs, and Global Corporations within the UAE. Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi market is essential.
