Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Receive the customer and engage with them to understand their requirement.
Introduce various products to the customers and facilitate their buying decision.
Prepare the estimate of the products selected and complete the sales transaction.
Achieve category wise sales target for the allocated section.
Promote and enroll customers in Schemes, highlighting and promoting its benefits.
Supporting customers in scheme opening process.
Understand the queries and complaints from the customer and address with right solution
Managing customer experience in the assigned section as per established guidelines, support in all after- sales queries.
Appropriate Packing of Products according to the Product Category.
Responsible for proper and attractive display of the products at the appropriate counter
Monitor the stock in the section and ensure adequate stock for sales.
Count and maintain the account of stock daily by managing the record of the opening stock and closing stock in the section allocated.
Monitor the dead stock and liaison with the store manager to minimize the same.
Transfer the stock to the locker at the close of the day; maintain safety of jewelry displayed to customers.
Develop and maintain relationship and network with competitors to leverage leading practices & learning to improve store level processes.
Provide support to the marketing team for potential customer visits and exhibitions.
Desired Candidate Profile
HSC Qualified or above
1-6 Years experience in customer service or retail sales
