Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients for the agency.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Track and report on sales performance and market trends.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of marketing and digital services.
Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Compensation:
Fixed Pay: 2000 AED per month
Incentive: 10% on every deal closed
Example: If you bring clients worth 10,000 AED, you earn 1,000 AED as incentive. This 10% incentive continues every month as long as the client stays with Sociomark.
