Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Identify and develop new business opportunities in residential, commercial, schools, hospitals, hotels, and industrial sectors Promote water tank cleaning, AC duct cleaning, and related hygiene services to potential clients Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical discussions with customers Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with facility managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers Understand client requirements and recommend suitable cleaning solutions Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and contract closures Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business Quotations & Proposals Prepare and submit accurate quotations, proposals, and service agreements Coordinate with operations and technical teams for site assessments and pricing Ensure proposals comply with client specifications and UAE regulations Market & Reporting Conduct market research to identify new leads, competitors, and pricing trends Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports Provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer needs Coordination & Compliance Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely service execution Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and UAE standards Support collection of payments as per agreed terms
Desired Candidate Profile
1–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in cleaning services, facility management, or hygiene-related industries Strong knowledge of water tank cleaning, AC duct cleaning, or related technical services is an advantage Proven ability to generate leads, conduct site visits, prepare quotations, and close deals Experience handling B2B and B2C clients such as facilities, schools, residential buildings, hospitals, and commercial properties Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Target-oriented with a strong follow-up and closing mindset Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously Good understanding of the UAE market and client expectations Proficient in MS Office and basic CRM systems Valid UAE driving license preferred
