Company Description: Baraem is a digital platform that modernizes and streamlines the daily operations of children s preschools, nurseries and early childhood education centers. It offers a centralized system to manage enrollment, attendance, staff scheduling, payments, and communication with parents. The platform is accessible through both a web dashboard and a mobile app, making it convenient for administrators, educators, and families. By supporting child development tracking and efficient workflows, Baraem helps centers focus more on quality care and learning.
Role Description: This is a full-time Field Sales Associate role based in Cairo, Egypt, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines on-site client visits and some work-from-home flexibility. The Field Sales Associate will identify and qualify prospective nurseries and early childhood centers, schedule meetings, and deliver in-person and virtual product demonstrations. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers, understanding their operational needs, and positioning Baraem s platform as the best-fit solution. The associate will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, prepare proposals, negotiate terms within guidelines, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding. The role also includes tracking sales activities in a CRM, providing feedback on market trends and customer needs, and representing Baraem at events, conferences, or partner activities when needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven skills in field sales, B2B sales, or account management, ideally in SaaS, EdTech, or related technology sectors.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with confident presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Comfort with hybrid work: managing on-site client visits across Cairo and performing follow-up, reporting, and preparation remotely.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including managing a sales pipeline, prioritizing leads, and meeting targets.
- Solid technical aptitude to explain digital platforms and mobile apps clearly to non-technical users.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centric mindset.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Previous experience working with nurseries, schools, or the education sector is a plus.
- Willingness to travel within Cairo and occasionally to other regions as required.
