Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting the right sports and fitness products
- Provide product knowledge, demonstrations, and recommendations
- Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience
- Achieve monthly sales targets and support overall business growth
- Maintain stock display and assist with inventory updates
Desired Candidate Profile
What We re Looking For:
- 2 3 years of sales experience in sports/gym equipment retail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building ability
- Good product knowledge of fitness machines and accessories
- Sales-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Positive, energetic, and proactive attitude
