Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Beige Base is looking for a driven Sales Specialist to fuel growth for our digital marketing and e-commerce services by acquiring new clients and expanding our market presence.
Role Overview
Drive business growth by selling digital marketing & e-commerce solutions
Generate, qualify, and convert B2B leads
Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
Work closely with the founders on business development and expansion strategies
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce services sales (preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
Work Model
Location: Dubai, UAE (Fully Remote / Work From Anywhere)
Compensation: Commission-based (initial phase)
Career Growth: Achieve targets within 3 months → Fixed salary + commission
