Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Salesman / Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling company products, developing new customers, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires regular market visits, product presentations, and coordination with management to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities • Promote and sell medical, pharmacy, or cosmetic products to customers • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets • Develop and maintain relationships with pharmacies, clinics, hospitals, and retail outlets • Conduct regular market visits and product presentations • Collect orders, prepare quotations, and follow up on payments • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback • Maintain accurate sales records and reports • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements • Minimum 3+ years of relevant sales experience • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory) • Own vehicle (mandatory) • Proven experience in medical/pharmacy or cosmetic sales • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and meet targets • Knowledge of UAE market and customer base Qualifications • Minimum High School / Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred) • Background in Medical, Pharmacy, Medical Representative field, or Cosmetics sales
