About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through academic program options while gaining hands-on experience in sales, student counseling, and CRM systems .

Key Responsibilities


  • Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Advise students on courses, career paths, and enrollment steps
  • Support lead generation, follow-up, and outreach campaigns
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM platforms
  • Assist senior counselors during sales calls, demos, and events
  • Prepare reports and track performance metrics


Requirements
  • Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or Education
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passionate about education and student success
  • Energetic, persuasive, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
