Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities-

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (cold calling, networking, pitching).

- Manage existing client relationships to upsell and cross-sell services.

- Marketing Solutions Consulting

- Understand client marketing goals and recommend customized solutions.

- Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

- Campaign Execution & Reporting

- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, PR) to deliver campaigns.

- Track sales KPIs, prepare reports, and suggest optimizations.

- Market Insights

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and client needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or digital agencies.

- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

- Expertise in digital marketing services (social media, PPC, content, SEO).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Fluent in English; Arabic a plus.

- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office.

Soft Skills- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving and time management abilities.
