Roles & Responsibilities

Our Client is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Dubai office. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing product and service information, resolving issues, and ensuring an excellent customer experience aligned with the company s values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person professionally and promptly
  • Provide accurate information about company products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality
  • Adhere to company service standards and UAE compliance requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or bachelor s degree (preferred)
  • 1 3 years of experience in customer service or a related role
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
