Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
-
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and evaluate business opportunities.

Promote and present company products to prospective clients.
-
Actively generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
-
Support sales order processing, including handling customer transactions and service inquiries via phone and email.
-
Maintain and update client database, develop new business, and nurture long-term client relationships.
-
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and ensure effective follow-up.
-
Act as a key point of contact between the company and its existing/potential clients.

Establish direct contact with customers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
-
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
-
Handle client complaints or objections professionally.
-
Provide regular sales reports and market updates to management.
-
Collect and share customer feedback with relevant teams.
-
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
-
Ensure adequate stock availability for demonstrations and timely delivery coordination.
Requirements Skills & Competencies

Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).

Strong presentation, negotiation, and prospecting skills.

Excellent sales planning and client relationship management abilities.
-
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong and pleasing personality.

Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented.

Honest, enthusiastic, and committed to achieving results.
