Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Closing Deals in CFD Market via company generated Leads, Network, Events etc.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their Forex trading needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the Forex market.
- Assist clients in the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and smooth account setup.
- Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities for effective relationship management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, resolving any issues or concerns related to their accounts.
- Expand the business to attract Individual Clients, Introducing brokers, Liquidity deals, Fund Managers etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience working with diverse clients, particularly high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
- Strong understanding of Forex market dynamics, trading strategies, and risk management techniques.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic is an advantage.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for financial markets and a commitment to continuous learning.
