Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Closing Deals in CFD Market via company generated Leads, Network, Events etc.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their Forex trading needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the Forex market.
  4. Assist clients in the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and smooth account setup.
  5. Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-up activities for effective relationship management.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, resolving any issues or concerns related to their accounts.
  7. Expand the business to attract Individual Clients, Introducing brokers, Liquidity deals, Fund Managers etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Experience working with diverse clients, particularly high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
  2. Strong understanding of Forex market dynamics, trading strategies, and risk management techniques.
  3. Proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of additional languages such as Arabic is an advantage.
  4. Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for financial markets and a commitment to continuous learning.
