Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

· Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement teams and client representatives.

· Prepare and deliver sales proposals in coordination with internal teams and suppliers.

· Manage sales and purchase order process as per the company workflow and process requirements.

· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms in line with company policies.

· Coordinate with Accounts and internal team for payments.

· Periodically follow up with Clients on status of the Sales Quotations submitted and with the Vendors for expediting the delivery process.

· Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy and provide routine inputs on the updating the Pricing Policy for Sales Quotation.

· Maintain and Update records of the Clients and Vendors in the ERP system & CRM Tools.

· Assist the Business developmemt team to develop and manage effective client relationships.

· Attend industry exhibitions, client meetings, and site visits as required.
