Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial vehicle sector through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to uncover emerging trends and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing to align sales strategies and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM systems.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to monitor performance and adapt strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client needs are met and foster repeat business.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and competitor offerings to effectively position products and services.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs and objectives.

• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service and support throughout the sales process.

• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, specifications, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs.

• Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations and demonstrations of commercial vehicles to prospective clients, highlighting key selling points.


Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering, or a related field (preferred).

  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
  • Strong technical skills in CRM software and sales analytics tools are essential for data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for building rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented individuals with a positive attitude will thrive in our competitive environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets is crucial.
  • Candidates with multicultural experience and a diverse background are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in technology or software sales is highly desirable due to the nature of our products.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the automotive or commercial vehicle sector.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to understand and articulate technical product information.

• Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Language proficiency -Preferably English, Malayalam, Hindi and Arabic
