Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Generate new business leads and develop client relationships

  2. Conduct field visits and client meetings across Dubai and UAE

  3. Present company products and services professionally to clients

  4. Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-up emails

  5. Negotiate pricing and close deals

  6. Coordinate with operations and project teams for smooth execution

  7. Maintain proper CRM/client records and follow-up schedules

  8. Identify opportunities in hospitality, commercial, retail, residential, and fit-out sectors

  9. Build relationships with contractors, interior designers, consultants, facility management companies, and corporate clients

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Minimum 2 years of sales or business development experience in UAE

  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  3. Fluent in English (spoken and written)

  4. Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)

  5. Good knowledge of MS Office, emails, quotations, and basic documentation

  6. Presentable, professional, and confident personality

  7. Strong negotiation and client-handling skills

  8. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

  9. Ability to work independently and manage field visits efficiently
