Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide professional showroom assistance

  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable premium motorcycles

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs

  • Conduct product presentations and test ride coordination

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Follow up on inquiries, leads, and after-sales support

  • Maintain showroom standards and product display quality

  • Coordinate with finance and registration teams for smooth delivery process

  • Stay updated on new models, features, and market trends

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in automotive, motorcycles, luxury retail, or showroom sales

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Passion for motorcycles and premium brands

  • Presentable personality with customer-focused attitude

  • UAE driving license preferred

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced showroom environment

  • English communication required; Arabic/Hindi is an advantage
