Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
In-Store Sales & Execution
Drive product sales and ensure full availability on shelves across all assigned outlets
Maintain proper shelf display, product facing, and brand visibility standards
Ensure planogram compliance and company merchandising guidelines are consistently met
Stock & Order Management
Regularly monitor stock levels and proactively prevent out-of-stock situations
Apply the FIFO (First In, First Out) system to manage stock rotation and minimize expiry risks
Coordinate with store managers and the logistics team for timely order placement and replenishment
Retail & Promotions Execution
Implement in-store promotions, product displays, and POS materials as directed
Set up and maintain gondolas, end-caps, and secondary display units to maximize brand visibility
Ensure correct pricing and promotional offers are clearly and accurately displayed in-store
Customer & Account Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with store staff, supervisors, and key decision-makers
Actively pursue opportunities to secure additional shelf space and premium visibility for the brand
Monitor and report competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging market trends
Reporting & Market Intelligence
Submit daily visit reports with before-and-after photos of shelf and display execution
Provide regular feedback on stock issues, competitor actions, and sales opportunities
Share market intelligence and field insights with the sales manager and wider team
Desired Candidate Profile
What We're Looking For
Experience:
Minimum 3–8 years of FMCG sales experience in the UAE
Must have prior experience in one or more of the following categories:
Energy Drinks
Soft Drinks
Beverages (general)
Skills:
Strong sales acumen with a solid understanding of retail execution standards
Target-driven mindset with the ability to consistently meet and exceed KPIs
Good communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage)
Comfortable working in a physically active, field-based sales role
Other Requirements:
Valid UAE Driving License preferred (mandatory for certain territory setups)
Ability to follow and execute a structured daily route plan
Physically fit and able to handle the demands of a field-based sales role
