Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new customers in assigned markets (schools, retailers, corporates)

  • Promote and sell company products, including uniforms, food products, and water solutions

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

  • Prepare quotations and proposals, and follow up on leads

  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities

  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in trading or distribution

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work independently and meet targets

  • UAE driving license is preferred
