Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Food Sales Executive (Commission-Based)
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach supermarkets, hypermarkets, grocery stores, restaurants, cafeterias, and food distributors.
Promote and sell Delta Way’s canned food products and other food items to new and existing customers.
Build strong relationships with retail buyers and wholesale clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets based on agreed commission structure.
Expand product placement in relevant sales channels.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules with customers.
Follow up on customer orders, collections, and repeat business.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Provide pipeline updates, and market feedback to management.
Assist in introducing new food products based on market demand.
