Roles & Responsibilities

. Uniform Sales Executive (Commission-Based)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in schools, corporate companies, hotels, hospitals, construction firms and industrial sectors.

  • Promote school uniforms, corporate uniforms, safety wear and customized apparel solutions.

  • Develop relationships with school administrators, procurement teams and HR departments.

  • Generate leads through direct visits, calls, tenders and networking.

  • Achieve sales targets through commission-based performance.

  • Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to order confirmation.

  • Coordinate sizing, quotations, production timelines and delivery schedules.

  • Support tender submissions and large contract negotiations.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain repeat business.
