Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Identify and target potential clients across industries such as logistics, construction, manufacturing, marine, and agriculture. • Promote and sell FILLIT’s doorstep diesel delivery and lubricant. • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with customers. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. • Collaborate with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction. • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and provide feedback for business development. • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and customer databases.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. • Experience (2–5 years) in B2B sales, preferably in fuel, lubricants, logistics, or industrial solutions. • Strong negotiation and communication skills. • Ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships. • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. • Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales tools. • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
