Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Welcome customers and create a friendly, inviting shopping experience.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable perfumes.
Demonstrate fragrances professionally through testers and product knowledge.
Maintain store cleanliness and display arrangements.
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate billing.
Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Manage stock levels and report any shortages or needs to the supervisor.
Follow all shop rules, grooming standards, and customer service guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
Good English communication (preferred)
Previous experience in perfume sales or retail is an advantage.
Strong persuasion, hospitality, and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, confident, and proactive personality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-footfall environment.
Willing to work evenings, weekends, and during Global Village season hours.
