Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to drive sales and promote Hala Pack’s products to new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients in industries such as hospitality, retail, and food services. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential clients to introduce Hala Pack’s packaging solutions. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Understand client needs and recommend suitable packaging products. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations. Represent Hala Pack at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for reaching new customers. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Requirements: Valid UAE driving license (must-have). Previous experience in sales (must-have). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven. Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points): Experience in sales within the printing, packaging, hotel, or restaurant industries. Ability to speak both Arabic and English.
