Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Title: Sales Executive Fragrance Division
Location: Dubai, UAE
Company: Hemani Aromatics Private Limited
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the Middle East.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with clients in perfumery houses, manufacturers, distributors, and trading companies.
- Conduct product presentations, sampling activities, and follow-ups to convert leads into orders.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term relationships.
- Provide product recommendations based on client needs and market trends.
- Handle inquiries, quotation requests, and negotiations to close deals profitably.
3. Market Intelligence
- Monitor regional fragrance market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Provide feedback to the R&D and management team for new product development and custom fragrance creation.
4. Coordination & Operations
- Coordinate with the India head office for order processing, documentation, production timelines, and logistics.
- Ensure timely dispatch of samples, quotations, PI, invoices, and shipments.
- Support in trade exhibitions, customer visits, and promotional activities.
5. Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales, pipeline, customer interactions, and market insights.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the management team.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or related field.
- 25 years of sales experience in fragrances, aroma chemicals, essential oils, cosmetics, or FMCG (preferred).
- Strong understanding of fragrance industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel across GCC, MEA, and South Asia.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
